Exercices
Has it happened to you that you are in the middle of a hectic day, many things that need attention, you are rushing to get everything done, yet you seem to loose ground and all your efforts to be “fast” become inefficient… you are loosing “center”. Here is a very short exercise, provided by Dr. Stuart Heller (1.4 MB), you can explore to regain your center. Anytime!
When you are centered, you have:
- An exponentially enhanced ability to influence and control your reactions, states, moods
- A much greater ability to access the inner strength, knowledge and compassion to achieve highest levels of accomplishment.
When you are not centered, you have:
- A diminished ability to influence, that is, control, your automatic reactions, states, moods and situations
- An increased likelihood of getting stuck in old an unwanted patterns or habits.
